Volunteering with the Agropastoral Climate Resilience Alliance (ACRA) offers a unique opportunity to work directly with agro-pastoral communities in regions most affected by climate change.

🛠️ Volunteer Roles & Activities
You can support ACRA in a variety of ways depending on your interests and skills:
🔹 Community Outreach
Support awareness campaigns on environmental conservation, climate-smart agriculture, or nutrition.
🔹 Training & Capacity Building
Facilitate workshops on farming techniques, women’s empowerment, or youth engagement.
🔹 Monitoring & Evaluation
Assist in collecting data, reporting progress, and evaluating program impact.
🔹 Communication & Media
Help with content creation, photography, video documentation, or social media engagement.
🔹 Event Support
Join field events, exhibitions, and mobilization efforts in villages and schools.
🧩 Volunteers may be deployed in Morogoro or other regions where ACRA operates.
📆 Duration & Commitment
⏳ Short-Term: 2–4 weeks
📅 Long-Term: 3–12 months
🕐 Flexible (remote opportunities available depending on skillset)
👥 Who Can Apply?
Individuals 18 years and older
Tanzanian nationals and international volunteers
Students, graduates, researchers, and professionals
Fluent in English and/or Kiswahili
Passionate about community development and sustainability
