Transparent Leadership. Accountable Structure.

At ACRA, good governance is at the core of how we operate. We are guided by a clear, constitutionally mandated structure that ensures inclusive decision-making, transparency, and accountability to all our members and stakeholders.

Our leadership is comprised of an Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and General Meeting of members — all working together to steer the organization toward its mission of climate resilience and community empowerment.

  • All elected positions are held for a 5-year term, and are renewable

  • Renewal and re-election are done in accordance with constitutional procedures
